Vallacia creators – meadowWorks, Avatar Bizarre , Arachne, and Epic Toy factory

Click here for a list of all the stores on Wildehaven Marsh a with SLURL’s to their main stores I will not be posting SLURL’s individually, as you can get them all at this handy link. If you need one for an item I have on that is NOT at Fantasy fair, and that will mostly be hair and poses, Ask for it! I’ll be happy to tell you, but I am trying to highlight the Fantasy Faire items, or items by FF vendors only.

And so, here we have my last Sim Creators highlight for Fantasy Faire 2015. I’d like to thank ALL our wonderful creators that came out to support the cause. Not just the ones I blogged. They are all very generous in both what they gifted to us bloggers, but with their time, energy and creativity in making items to sell to raise funds for Relay For Life. The gorgeous sims and amazing creations are great, but it is the cause of Fighting Cancer that really brings us all together. And it is a fight we will win one day. And that is what makes Fantasy Faire the amazing thing it is. So thank you, for your help in that.

Now onto highlighting the last few creators. Starting with Two outfits by Avatar Bizarre

Click for bigger

First up we have an outfit I fell in geeky love with the moment I saw it and KNEW it was an outfit I HAD to get for my husband and take a couples photo with. It’s called Goblin King and the Female version is Goblin Queen. Why yes, we’re both dressed as Jareth from the movie Labyrinth. I have a love for movie styled clothing and Labyrinth is a special favorite. The boots are sold separately from the main outfit, and my only regret is I could not find Jareth’s Amulet for sale in SecondLife. SOMEONE GET ON THAT!

I like to think of this as what happens when an adult Sarah goes back to Jareth…

This next outfit by Avatar Bizarre is called Boudica after the Celtic warrior queen. It is an excellent piece of female chain mail and some plate armor. It also comes with a cape but I didn’t wear that, capes and wings look kinda silly.

Click for bigger

The last outfit I have to show you is by Arachne called Ashta. It’s a great mutli tiered purple dress, and it comes with jewelery!

Click for bigger

And now for the last two sets of Rezzable items! First by Sim designer Mayah ,and you can find these rezed in the spice factory, Epic Toy Factory’s THE 2015 RFL Vallacian Fae Holding Bubbles. Three glass and iron bubbles filled with flowers and grass with poses. Fun if kinda creepy.

And now we have some items I have been waiting since I got the box to show off! Curse the fact that they shop was on the last sim on the route I take through the Fairelands! I’ve been friends with meadowWorks’s Garvie Garzo since I blogged for her first time being at fantasy faire two years ago. And I have loved her stuff since. This year she even took a step up and one of her works is part of a sim Focal point! Remember those amazing hippocampus (hippocampi ?) on Odyessy? Well they are by her! And EXCLUSIVELY for faire you can get the mirrored set. After faire you can only get one. They are called Waterhorse Pair.

I am showing them off here with a few of her other items all of which would look amazing in an underwater scene. Fantastic Voyage Carved Stone, which is an ancient looking relic, Dolphin bubble fountain, you can turn the bubble effect on and off. And the Apparatus of the Ancients, which upon touching the base, plays whale and dolphin sounds and lets out a mystical sounding hum.

All her items are resizable via script and modify and Copy I believe, so you can fit them to your area.

So, there you have it, Just a few days left to get to shopping. So head over to Vallacia spend some lindens and help fight cancer!

Now I head off to do the hunt at last!

Fantasy Faire 2015 Sim – Vallacia

VALLACIA | SLURL | SHOPS
Sponsored by Epic Toy Factory.

Vallacia (by Mayah Parx)A floating market town, a bustling trade hub where denizens of the Fairelands come to trade for even the most obscure of items. Dark & weatherbeaten, all matter of constructions crisscross the waters to keep this hodgepodge of shacks, stalls and barges afloat. Magical mysteries abound in this haven for traders and thieves alike.

Like a floating version of the marketplace at the start of Stardust, Vallacia is the stunning last of the fairelands shopping sims. I have gone “round the clock”, and all that is left is the hunt. PHEW!

It holds creator Mayah Parx, AKA the Toymaker, signature style. A few scattered “flufflula” trees and the colored windows in the buildings tipped it off to me. The sim is all platforms and water, so I have fun trying to NOT end up in the drink like I usually do on over the water walkways. I loved the lamps along the walkways and some of the stores set out rezed versions of their items adding to the sutble whimsy of the sim.

The focal point is a large spice factor with a giant figure of a white child emerging from bubbles near it on one side, and a ruins with large purple flowers on the other. The build looks simple, but has many hidden things to catch your eye.

It’s quite an enjoyable sim, just hope you have surer footing on platforms then i do!

Just a few outfits from here…Also the note card I had listing creators alphabetically first then sim second had a small mistake and listed Black Tulip on Poppetsborough when it is really on Wildhaven, or possibly both…so I used one of their poses again here!

First up we have a simple but pleasant gown by Beyond Persuasion Design called {W}Dragon realm: Spell seeker gown . Yes the sleeves really do go down quite a bit past your fingertips!

Click for bigger

Next up is a gorgeous silk like gown by Solarium called Flora! I think this is the first time I’ve seen a dress from them, they are more known for their spell systems. I love the coloring on this gown. The pose I used here is by Black Tulip called Dark fairy #2

Click for bigger

And lastly we have an outfit by BluPrintz consisting of two parts, the Golden Magus Jacket and the separate Armor set of the same name. I added the purple body suit under it as I was not comfortable being THAT exposed. And I do kinda wish I had picked a white body suit as the styling of the breastplate reminds me of She-ra a lot. And I am using another pose by Black Tulip, this is another of their relay offerings The Magician #1.

Click for bigger

And the two Rezable items to show you! The tree is by Vita’s Boudoir and is called Enchanted tree and the gazebo is by Beyond Majestic and is called the Dragon realm: Calming rest gazebo

And thats what I have to show off for Wildehaven Marsh, head on over and do some shopping and support Relay for Life!

Fantasy Faire 2015 Sim – Wildehaven Marsh

WILDEHAVEN MARSH | SLURL | SHOPS
Sponsored by Solarium.

Wildehaven Marsh (by Rynn Verwood)Settled at the edge of a lake, the village was created centuries ago, as a safe haven for those who practiced magic. An air of abandonment floats over the town now, however don’t be fooled, its magic is still much alive as one can see in the soft glows shining through the ivy covered windows.

Wildehaven Marsh is a lovely little town, full of one of my favorite styles of buildings, on the edge of a calm lake. Candles grouped on the stone walls light your way in the evening as you make your way through the sim. A small touch i rather liked. And hovering above it all, watching the slumbering hamlet, is Fairechylde 2 the Fantasy Faire radio Dragon. Making yet another appearance in the Faire lands.

Its another simple yet lovely sim, a good rest of the senses after the previous amazing sims. Nice and calm, like a quite cabin in the woods by a lake.

With it’s obvious Japanese theme YoZakura attracted a few creators along those lines.

Lets start with this simple but lovely Kimono by Anachron called Women’s Kimono. If it has a more unique name its not on my box. This Kimono is very nice, simple, but with a hud to let you change around some of the colors. and a bit of the styling. The pose I am using is also available on the sim from Rook, it’s called Butterflies in a jar and I found it quite enchanting.

Click for bigger

Next up we have a fantasy fairy gown from Azul. The sketch butterflies see in the shot are part of the outfit! It also comes with matching wings but I left those off. The pose is another Rook pose, this time their relay offering called Blossom.

Click for bigger

Moving away from gowns we have a warrior look from Gauze called the Alchemist. There are male and female versions of the outfit and the staff, also by Gauze, is available separately, and comes in two colors, Showing here is the Staff of Power, and the other is the Staff of Mana.

Click for bigger

Moving back into gowns we have the Runic Cult: Priestess gown from Paper Moon. It comes with a hud to let you change colors of the various parts. I picked up the gold trim but you can also get it in silver.

Click for bigger

And for the last outfit we go back to Japanese styling with this shorts style modern kimono from Sakide called Nayoko. It’s more like a lounging outfit with shorts then a real kimono but very nice. Also side note, I love how this shot turned out.

Click for bigger

and we have one rezzable item! Frogstar’s Forest Fae Canopy Bed which can be seen out on the sim itself. A comfy looking indoor or outdoor bed/couch lounging area.

And that’s my list of things you can pick up on YoZakura, go out and enjoy the sakura blossoms and do some shopping! If you get it from a Relay vendor it all goes to fight cancer!

Fantasy Faire 2015 Sim – YoZakura

YOZAKURA | SLURL | SHOPS
Sponsored by Fuubutsu Dou.

YoZakura (by Nya Alchemi)In the late hours of the night, visit the Japanese Hanami Festival and dream… Traveler behold As Midnight courts the Moon and Cherry blossoms dance

For those that don’t know the Japanese Hanami Festival is also called the Sakura Blossom festival. A tradition that happens in spring when the cherry trees are in bloom. People will go to the parks and picnic under the trees as the blossoms fall. It sounds quite lovely.

YoZakura lets you get a taste of that tradition, but with a magical twist you can only get in Secondlife. Atop floating cliffs a dragon guards the town hosting the festival, while in the waters lotus fish swim about lazily.

The sim was designed as a night festival but I turned the windlight to a setting sun for a bit to show some of the color and details you miss when its a dark sim. Then went back to the sim windlight, which shows off the gentle glow of lamps and magical trees. I very much enjoyed exploring it and finding small hidden details.

Lets start with this lovely gown called Lady Lysa Rose by Feyline Fashions . I love the neckline of it and how it moves nightly even though it’s mesh. The ruffles and the jewels on the collar add just the right touch.

Click for bigger

Here we have a short spunky purple dress by .HollyWeird called Belle! I love the pattern on the bubble style skirt.

Click for bigger

Why yes I am aware I mixed my fairy tales in this shot 😛 This is Junbug’s relay offering called Riding Hood, the relay color is obviously RED, but you can get it in other shades as well. The hood is one piece with the gown so choose your hair carefully with it!

Click for bigger

And here we have one of Poet’s heart’s two offerings. This one is a simpler gown called Aradia. It comes with a hud to let you change the colors of the ends of the sleeves and trim. Their other gown is called Fantasmic and is lovely. Going to save it for later.

and lastly we have The White Amory’s two offerings.

Remember I said you could pick up parts of Spires of Andolys to take home? Why yes of COURSE I bought the Belle fountain! It makes me very happy. The creator is Death row designs, the sim designer of course.

The trees behind it are by Cubic Cherry Kre-ations and are called {Rakuen} , and they come in a whoollee lotta colors and styles!
